At the 2008 Winter NAMM show, my favorite piece of gear was hands down the Sig:X amp from FRYETTE. (The name means “your signature here.”) When I sat in front of it for a demo, I saw what appeared to be a 3-channel fire-breather with a bunch of knobs and switches.
