Internet shopping

Do you price match?

We will do everything possible to ensure that you get the best deal from Electro Music. If we can price match an in-stock item, we will. Contact us with details of the item in question, including where you have seen the item and the price. We will verify the availability of the item and do our utmost to offer you the best UK deal.

How can I pay?

We accept most types of credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can mail us a good old-fashioned cheque or transfer funds using internet banking. Contact us for details.

When will I receive my order?

If your item is in-stock and you have ordered before 2pm then we will despatch the same day. This will then be delivered to you on the next working day.  Working days are Mon-Fri, except Bank Holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Europe, USA and Australia and other countries are certainly possible. Please contact us to discuss your shipping requirements.

What if there is a problem when I receive the goods?

In the unlikely event of this happening please call to let us know the issue as soon as possible. We will then arrange for collection of the faulty item and a replacement will be sent straight out to you as soon as possible.

What is your Returns Policy?

In the event you need to return any goods to Electro Music please follow our Returns Procedure.

How much is Delivery?

For UK mainland delivery we currently charge £4.99 for the vast majority of our products. The actual cost of delivery to us is usually more but we subsidise some of that cost so you pay less. Some extra large or heavy products (eg: a pair of big PA speakers or similar) will cost more to deliver to you.  In this instance we will advise you of the amended shipping cost prior to any goods being despatched.  We will only request the actual cost of shipping - exactly what we have to pay a courier to get the item to you. For non-UK mainland shipping costs may also increase, and we will contact you to advise of the amended shipping costs prior to any goods being despatched.

Where is your store?

Our store is at 82 Copley Road, Doncaster, DN1 2QW.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Mon - Sat 10.00am - 17.00pm.. Sun 11.00am - 16.00pm. Viewings outside these hours can be arranged via appointment. Please contact us to arrange.

Can I park nearby?

Free parking is available directly outside the store. Alternatively, there are additional parking areas near Copley Road. eg: Milbanke Street. We have a limited supply of parking permits available. If you are planning on staying a while, maybe you are visiting Doncaster for the day (the market is open Tue, Fri & Sat!), then we may be able to give you a parking permit for the day.  Contact us for details.

What personal finance or credit terms do you offer?

We offer 6 months interest-free credit and Take It Away which offers 10 months interest-free credit on selected items. Alternatively, standard credit agreements for longer periods are available. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities open to you.

Will you accept my goods in part-exchange?

Unlike chainstores we welcome part-exchange.

Are you interested in buying my used equipment?

We occasionally buy but prefer to sell or trade. Alternatively, we may offer to sell on commission for you.

Would you sell my equipment on commission?

Yes, we can offer your equipment on commission. Contact is for details.
