Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us you can be confident that your situation will be dealt with prompty and professionally.

We accept returns under the following scenarios:

• Goods are returned under the 7 day return policy
• Goods have arrived but are either damaged or incorrect

In both these instances please contact your Dept Specialist on 01302 369999 as your first port of call. Your Dept. Specialist will then advise on the necessary steps in order to return the goods to us. We will usually arrange collection by courier at your convenience.

7 Day Return Policy

You have the option of returning goods within 7 days of receipt. It is important that goods are maintained and returned in the same condition that they were received. This includes all packaging which must remain undamaged. In the event that either the item or packaging is damaged we reserve the right to deduct a fee based on the reduced value of the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, a refund or exchange will be authorised, whichever is preferred.

Shipping Costs

Most items on the website are listed with either:

a) Free Shipping or
b) Subsidised Shipping.

This may not equal the actual cost of shipping which may be more.

Under the 7 day return policy the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping the goods both ways. The actual shipping costs will be deducted from any credit.

In the event of damaged or incorrect goods being delivered you will not be asked to pay for any shipping costs as this will be covered by Electro Music.
